Yes the industry has been in a rut, but the DRAM industry operates essentially in a global 3-way oligopoly disproportionately split between Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron (MU). And with this ongoing trade spat directly having an impact on the two Korean players.... Micron appears to be the company poised to benefit the most.

Memory chip spot prices have risen for the first time this year, indicating grim warnings of "never seen before" spikes and a supply disruption could come to pass as a dispute between South Korea and Japan drags on.
