이번 구두는 대략 6년 정도를 나와 함께 동고동락한 듯 하다.
오래 동안 함께한 오래된 구두가 그 수명을 다할 때 쯤이면 항상 마음이 불편하다.
오래된 구두의 편안함과 익숙함도 있겠지만 새 구두의 가죽이 뻗뻗해서 발목과 뒤꿈치 발등에 상처가 나거나 아프기 때문이다.
그래도 끈이 끊어진 것을 계기로 새구두를 꺼내 신어야겠다.
