오늘(19일)부터 6억 원 이상 매매와 3억 원 이상 임대차 계약을 할 때 공인중개사에게 지불하는 중개수수료가 낮아집니다.
부동산 폭등으로 중개수수료도 많이 올랐었습니다. 좀 과하다는 의견이 많았었습니다. 오늘부터 중개료의 새기준이 적용됩니다.
부동산 중개는 플래폼등이 적용되면 더 많이 요금을 내릴수 있을텐데요. 생계가 걸린일이라 반발이 심할듯하지만 결국 프롭테크가 대세가 되지 않을까 생각합니다. 잠시 물결을 막을수있지만 대세를 막을수는 없을겁니다.
블록체인도 프롭테크에 적용되면 시너지가 있을텐데요.
