증인 보상 관련 오류 수정 공지 ( Notice - Witness Compensation Related Error Correction)

증인보상 관련 버그가 있어 수정을 하였습니다.
@upvu.witness 에 증인보팅을 한 내역을 가지고 와서 입력을 하고 변경 내역이 있으면 이를 반영하는 방식이었습니다. 이때 @upvu.witness 에 증인보팅을 한 후 proxy를 다른 계정에 한 경우에는 변경 내역이 반영이 되지 않았습니다. proxy를 설정한 계정은 제외하도록 수정하였습니다.

정리하면 A 계정이 @upvu.witness 에 증인보팅을 한 후 B 계정에게 proxy를 하고 B 계정이 @upvu.witness 에 증인보팅을 했다면 증인보상은 B 계정에게 가게 됩니다.

혹시나 @upvu.witness로 부터 증인보상을 받다가 내일부터 받지 못하게 될 경우는 proxy 설정을 했는지 확인해 보시기 바랍니다. 또한 증인보상을 받기 위해 proxy를 해제한 경우에는 반드시 @upvu.witness 의 증인보팅을 해제하고 다시 보팅을 해 주셔야 반영이 됩니다.

We have recently fixed a bug related to witness compensation.
We import a witness voting list to insert and update our data, which contains a list of accounts that have voted on @upvu.winess as a witness.
In the past, if a proxy was set to another account after a witness vote was made to @upvu.witness, the change history was not applied to our data.
From now on, accounts that have set proxy will be excluded.

For example, let's assume that account @A made a witness vote on @upvu.witness and after that @A set proxy to account @B. And then @B voted on @upvu as a witness. In this case, witness compensation only goes to @B.

If you find out that you are not getting witness compensation that you used to receive, please check whether you have set a proxy.
Additionally, if you cancel the proxy, you must cancel witness voting and revote to @upvu.witness in order to get witness compensation properly.
