之前一直试着各种各样的意式咖啡豆,我老师也推荐了一款Mokaflor的豆子,价格不菲。一直想试一试,但是整个市场似乎只有北京有,而且当时还断货。时隔几个月之后,又恢复有我想要的金牌的豆子,终于如愿以偿买到手后,迫不及待地尝试了下。油脂丰富、厚度确实不错也能保持不错的顺滑度,做成卡布奇诺有浓浓的巧克力味,做失败的宽容度也很高。即使我在调试机器的过程萃取过度的情况下,其味道仍然可接受,不至于过度的苦涩。对比于Pellini n9其醇厚度更好,可是我更喜欢n9的细腻顺滑以及甜甜的回甘。看来Pellini n9仍然是我目前的最爱。也许去意大利的时候,我会寻找更多的咖啡豆。
