The Span Operations team wants to make a significant proposal to the Span community.
In terms of span operations, the team would like the Span Alliance to be organized into the Span community.
When the Span Alliance is organized and distributed operations are enabled, the current operations team will have all of the 160,000 sct assigned to the Initial Operations Team, with the exception of the 48,000 sct received as compensation for the workforce administered during the Span Site launch process. We will transfer the residual Steam remaining steam consumed up to the time the Key and Steam Alliance is formed to the Span Alliance of the Span Community for free.
They will create a Span Alliance Tag for discussion.

How to
You can configure the Span Alliance in your community. Steam Alliance has been established in some cases.
Given the time it takes for the Steam Alliance to be built, you can configure it by December 31, 2019.
If the Steam Alliance is configured before December 31, 2019, we will transfer all operating rights as soon as it is configured.
As the community expands, the Span Alliance configuration becomes more difficult. We believe that this is the best time to launch the Alliance.
