칼국수는 특유의 넓직한 면빨이 매력적이죠. 불규칙하기도 하고요.
하지만 요즘엔 모두 기계에서 뽑죠.
여기도 기계에서 뽑아낸 면빨입니다. 칼국수가 아닌 칼국수죠 ㅎㅎ
메뉴와 가격은 이렇습니다.
보통 칼국수집은 메인이 김치인가 싶을정도로 맛있는집이 많으나, 여기 김치는..... 별로네요.
캡사이신으로 매운맛을내고 간수안빠진 저가소금을 사용해서인지 쓴맛이 올라옵니다. 몇년째 같은 맛이니....여튼 김치가...메롱이네요.
국물은 닭육수맛이납니다만 닭의 비릿한향을 잡지못했고 고명으로 올려주는 닭가슴살은 찾아보기 힘듭니다.
주변에 적당한 칼국수집 하나만 들어서면 곧 망할지도 모를 그런집이지만 주변 사무실 밀집지역이다보니 사람은 늘 있는편입니다. 그래서 장사는 자리가 중요한가 봅니다.
면의 양은 많은편이라 부족하지는 않습니다.
동료들이 한번씩 먹을게 없어 가자고할때 1년에 한번정도 가는집 딱 그정도의 집이네요.

주변 인프라가좋고 칼국수는 거의 독점이라 가능한거 같습니다~ ㅎㅎ
